Mark me down someone taking leave and traveling 1,800 miles just to volunteer. All shifts. Little sleep. Jet lag. Muwhahaha!

I can help with server and network administration, tech support, photography, and just about anything else a crazed twig can do.
Wipe them out, 93% of them!

Depending on when setup starts and when it ends, I can head up Friday and help with the set up of cables and routers, tables and chairs and the like, it's only about an hour and a half up there, give or take. I may be able to help with tear down as well, it depends on if the plan is to go to Vegas Sunday night or not, but if setup starts at like 10'ish on Friday and doesn't go on until 2 in the morning or so, count me in.

Setup will be Friday after Noon... probably around 1ish and will go as long as it needs to set up tables, power, networking, chairs, PA, decorations, lights, security cams, and test the servers...
yup, early birds/volunteers get an extra day of gaming (this is tentative so hush - hush)

Cleanup will follow closing ceremony/awards and photos on Saturday sometime around 4-6pm depending on when the last tournament finishes and how soon we need to get some sleep... Clean up involves folding up chairs and tables and stacking them up, rolling up all the network cables, taking down lights and decorations, packing and transporting...

basically...

Well count me in for setup, I don't know if I want to lug all 100 pounds of my computer up there and back twice though, but I'm down for helping run cables and set up tables and chairs and such.

Clarification: Running cables (measuring, cutting, crimping) is a thing of the past, and something that Lancryption does not need to worry about that particular task. Where events need days to set up, we can do set-up/tear-down in hours. :ugeek:
